If you use the site, these terms apply to that use. A freight booking is a separate agreement. It is set by the quote you accept, the rate confirmation, and the carrier's rules.

Using the site

You may read the pages, call us, and use the chat to ask about shipping. Do not misuse the site, try to break it, or interfere with how it runs for other people.

The articles are general information. They are not a quote, a rate confirmation, or legal advice. Carrier rules change. Check with us, or with the carrier, before you rely on a blog post.

We are a broker

PMG arranges transportation. We do not own the trucks or the parcel network. The carrier that hauls the freight is responsible for the physical move under its own rules and the booking documents.

A conversation by phone or chat is a way to ask for a quote. It becomes a booking only when both sides agree and the paperwork is in place.

Chat and phone

This website has no form that collects your email or phone number. It has no SMS opt-in and no text-message signup. If you call (805) 984-4114, or if you type a message in the chat, you are contacting us directly.

We do not sell personal information. We do not sell or buy customer lists. This site is not a marketplace for shipping inquiries.
