As our name indicates, we focus solely on reducing shipper’s net spend on small package and LTL freight. The reasoning behind our specialization is simple: small package freight (domestic & international) is by far the more expensive per pound than any other type of freight. Conversely, it has the greatest potential for substantial cost savings. However, it is also the most complex to improve. Freight cost reduction is what we achieve for companies that primarily use UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS and LTL carrier services for their shipping and receiving operations. For most clients, our ultimate goal is to actually turn their freight expense into a shipping income profit center.

There are no upfront fees or hourly charges for our service; our compensation is contingency based. That means PMG must deliver new savings or our services are free under the gain-share agreement. PMG is solely compensated based on a percentage of the actual verifiable new savings. We do not receive a commission until documented savings are invoiced by the carrier.
